Well it is get dangerously close to Christmas. Have you got your recipe for Sage and onion stuffing if not here's a great one.
Ingredients:
1 small onion
100g white breadcrumbs
1/2 level teaspoon of sage
large pinch of salt
pinch pepper
25g melted butter.
Method:
1/ Cut the onions into quarters, then cook in boiling water until tender (don't forget to add salt)
2/ Drain and finely chop
3/ Mix with breadcrumbs and add sage salt and pepper
4 Bind loosely with melted butter and milk.
Stuff it into the turkey or alternatively if you want to serve it on the side pop it into the oven on a medium heat until brown on the top.
